Telgoo5 is linked with the USPS API for address verification.
When customers input their address, it undergoes validation through USPS to ensure accuracy.
However, if USPS flags an address as incorrect, an error message is displayed.
We have a system configuration in place that can be enabled or disabled upon request.
It is disabled by default which means it will always call USPS API to verify the address.
Enabling this option provides customers the choice to proceed despite USPS not identifying it as a valid address.
To enable or disable it follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to system config (PC234) under Telgoo5 settings.
2. Scroll down to find address config.
To activate the configuration, just include the platform in Allow Unconfirmed Address in Service Address (SC672) field where you wish to enable this system setting. For instance, to enable it on the website, add "website" and click submit. To deactivate it, remove the platform name from the fields and click submit.
