We have recently added an enhancements as multiple payment gateway feature in Telgoo5 system, designed to provide you with improved flexibility and convenience by the extensive range of multiple payment gateways, where each payment gateway serving a specific purpose: There are 3 categories available for payment gateways, which are mentioned below.
Agent Gateway: The agent gateway is intelligently designed to cater to specific requirements and preferences which enable seamless payment processing when a particular master selection aligns with the customer created by that same Master Agent’s employee. In such cases, the payment will be efficiently processed through the Agent Gateway.
Source Gateway: Our source gateway serves as a valuable alternative option, when a specific source is selected and the condition for the active Agent Gateway is not met or the Agent Gateway is inactive, the payment is seamlessly processed through the Source Gateway.
Default Gateway: Our default gateway serves as a reliable solution for smooth and effortless payment processing. When neither the agent gateway condition is met, nor the source gateway condition is satisfied, or both the Agent Gateway and Source Gateway are inactive. This guarantees a seamless and reliable payment experience, even when specific criteria are not met for the agent or source gateways.
How to add Multiple Payment Gateways in Telgoo5 system?
You have to click on Settings and then click on Payment Gateway (PC239) to open the payment gateways setting page.
Location: Settings --> Payment Gateway (PC239)
To add a payment gateways credentials, you have to click on Add button.
Here you have to add the credentials to add a payment gateway.

- Gateway 1st (Authorizenet) - DEFAULT
- Gateway 2nd (Paypal) - AGENT
- Gateway 3rd (Stripe) - SOURCE
1st Preference - Agent Gateway (Gateway 2)
If a customer associated with a Master Agent and the same Master Agent is selected in Agent Gateway, the payment is seamlessly processed through 2nd Gateway means the payment will be processed through PayPal.
2nd Preference - Source Gateway (Gateway 3)
If the Agent Gateway is inactive or the customer's master agent is not mentioned in the Agent Gateway, the system proceeds to check the source gateway condition. Now system will check the source (CSR, Website, Enrollment Portal, IVR, API, POS, Tablet etc.), and if the same source is mentioned in Source Gateway, the payment will be processed through 3rd Gateway means the payment will be processed through Stripe.
3rd Preference - Default Gateway (Gateway 1)
If both the Agent Gateway and Source Gateways are either inactive or fail to satisfy the above conditions, the system automatically routes the payment through 1st Gateway means the payment will be processed through Authorizenet as the default option.
Note: You can add these payment gateways more than one time with different credentials according to your convenience.
