A customer can reset his password through website's forgot password functionality. Let's explain step by step that how a customer can reset his password.
STEP 01: Click on the Password link in the Sign In page in the website.
STEP 02: Then Password Reset page will be redirected. Now enter your Email or MDN and click on the Look Up Account button.
STEP 03: A success message is displayed as confirmation email has been sent.
STEP 04: Check customer's email which is mentioned in account details, where the Password Reset Link is sent.
STEP 05: Click on the link in the email, which will be redirected into the Password Reset webpage.
STEP 06: After resetting password, a success message will be displayed.
Now you can use new password for the customer account sign in.
