This configuration allows you to offer an eSIM option when adding a SIM to the inventory.

If you provide eSIMs to your customers, you can set this option to 'Yes'.

Once the configuration is enabled, you will see an 'Is eSIM' dropdown with 'Yes' or 'No' options when adding a single SIM to the inventory.

If eSIMs are added in bulk, you can download a sample file that includes a field labeled 'Is eSIM'. In this field, you can input 'Y' for eSIM or 'N' for a physical SIM.

To enable or disable this Configuration, follow these steps:

1. Go to User Settings(PC480).
2. Navigate to System Config(PC234).
3. Locate Is sim type ESIM (SC754) under Inventory section.
4. Select Y or N based on your preference.
5. Submit. Log out and log back to see the changes.
