The Device by Agent report allows you to track devices assigned to a any user within the user chain.
You can access this report by navigating to Inventory (PC382) > Inventory Report (PC350) > Device Inventory Reports > Device by Agent (PC501).
This report provides a detailed breakdown of the devices allotted to an agent, including their status as used, free, bad, or removed.
You can click on the device numbers to view list of all the devices in that category and get details about each device.
Master Agent: Refers to the master agent who performed the action on the account and made device changes, provided there are no distributors, retailers, or employees listed in the user chain table.
Distributor: Indicates the distributor agent who performed the action on the account and made device changes, provided there are no retailers or employees listed in the user chain table. If none are present, the distributor performed the action.
Retailer: Represents the retailer who performed the action on the account and made device changes, provided there are no employees listed in the user chain table. If none are present, the retailer performed the action.
Employee: The employee who performed the action on the account and made device-related changes.
Box#: A unique identifier assigned by the warehouse to a bundle of SIM/ESN/devices for identification and tracking purposes.
Device: The unique device ID or IMEI.
Make/Model: The make and model of the device.
BYOD: Indicates whether the order was Bring Your Own Device (Y/N).
PO#: The purchase order number, an internal order generated by the warehouse for sales and purchase tracking.
Inv. Assign Date: The date when the inventory was assigned to the user.
Used Date: The date when the device status changed to "used" and was assigned to the customer.
Status: The current status of the device (e.g., used, free, bad, removed).
Source: The platform or method where the device action was performed on the customer's account (e.g., CSR, CSR device change, enrollment portal).
