Customers now have the option to apply for ACP service using their Tribal ID or other accepted Alternate ID in the absence of an SSN when enrolling through the agent portal.
Once enabled via system configuration, agents will be able to select which form of identification they would like to accept for an applicant.
The TG5 system has been enhanced to accommodate these changes, including internal duplicate checks for Tribal ID and Alternate ID.
