Telgoo5 is integrated with Akko Insurance, facilitating the addition of device insurances with ease.
This integration empowers CSR agents to swiftly add insurance to devices, simplifying the equipment purchase process and saving valuable time.
Below are the step-by-step instructions to configure this feature within Telgoo5.
1. Navigate to the Telgoo5 Settings.
2. Integrations(PC1143).
NOTE: Integration(PC1143) is a permission-based feature, which can be activated from the user settings(PC480) by enabling Integrations-API(PC1143).
3. Turn on the Integration and click on manage to proceed further.
4. To manage the integration, proceed with entering endpoint URL, API key, merchant id and hit Submit. This step configures Akko Insurance in Telgoo5.
5. Now, you can create insurance plans in Topup under Plan Config(PC232) in Telgoo5 settings.
6. Proceed with adding all the necessary details shared by the Akko provider and hit submit. This step will create insurance plans in Telgoo5 and CSR agents can purchase it on behalf of any customer.
7. Search for a customer profile and follow the instructions marked on the screen to purchase AKKO insurance:
- Select "Purchase Insurance (PC1184)" in the Quick Links section.
- Select the desired payment method.
- Choose the insurance type based on customer needs.
- Click "Submit" to complete the insurance purchase.
Note: Purchase Insurance (PC1184) is a permission-based feature, which can be enabled from the Telgoo5 user settings.
