Telgoo5 Non Usage Program
The Telgoo5 system has a feature that alerts customers through email or SMS notification, when they have not been accessing their data using their telecom service for a specific duration. Here system alerts customer about a risk of being terminated from their telecom program.
To maintain the service, customers must actively use their accounts to indicate their interest in receiving the free monthly benefit. A consent option is available for it in the email or SMS alert. This process ensures that Telgoo5's resources are being used effectively and that customers who are not interested in the service are not taking up valuable space. Overall, this system helps to optimize the telecom program for all users involved.
Non Usage Consent to Continue Service
Customers receives an email or SMS notification indicating their non-usage, here in the alert email notification below they have the option to click on a consent button or a URL to confirm their desire to continue using the service. When customer clicks on the consent, there is customer note generated in his profile in Telgoo5 CSR which means customer is agree to continue his service.
To continue the service, customers will receive an SMS alert for non-usage and are required to respond with a "YES" message, which our system will use to identify their consent to continue using the service.
Customer Note For Non Usage Consent
After a customer clicks the consent button on an email notification or responds with "YES" to an SMS notification, a note confirming the customer's consent for non-usage will be generated. This note will be added to the customer's profile in Telgoo5 CSR, indicating that they have agreed to continue using the service.
When you clicks on the display note the complete information will be displayed about his consent for non usage.
