Please follow the below mentioned steps to update the Zip Code on the drops hip order.
Go to Inventory→Shipping Queue(PC1066)→Shipper Batch Report
On the shipper batch report locate the batch which has failed orders and click on the Total Failed ESN. You will get a pop-up window with the details of all the orders in that batch. You can update the Zip Code there and resubmit the order for provisioning.
After changing the zip code you can send it for provisioning.
Common errors where you may need you update the zip code are:
Provision Fail: failure INVALID ZIP: This means this zip code is not available on activation foot print for T-Mobile
NPA/NXX not available: This means that the zip code is available on the activation foot print but it does not have any telephone number which it could assign.
In these cases you can update it to a nearest zip code where you have seen the activation gone through successfully recently.
