This could be valid error due to the fact that you do not provide services in the zip code you have entered or you just do not provide services at all in the entire state for the give zip code.
However, if you provide the services in the zip code you are entering to sign up a customer and get this error you can follow these steps to resolve this error.
1. Ensure that you have the plan setup for the state in which you are getting the error. To make sure that the plan is setup in the given state:
- Go to plan config. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of Telgoo5, you will get a drop down menu from there click on Plan Config (PC232)
- In Plan Config (PC232), select the state from the drop down and if you do not see any plans you will need to create a plan in that particular state. In order to setup the plans, please follow the below mentioned tutorial.
How to setup a plan in Telgoo5?
- If the plans are setup correctly in the state, next step will be making sure that the zip code you are using is added to the list of serviceable zip codes in Telgoo5. To find that out you will need to go to the list of service. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of Telgoo5, you will get a drop down menu from there click on Service Area (PC237).
- When you click on Service Area (PC237), you will be taken to a page with the list of all the states and list of zip codes which are active which you can download to see if the zip code you are using is there and set as active or not. If the zip code you are using is find as inactive then you will need to activate in Telgoo5 in order to be able to do an enrollment on that zip code.

In order to add the serviceable zip codes please follow the below mentioned steps.
- Go to Service Area from the Settings Menu
- Select the Status to Yes
- If the zip codes are Tribal then select Tribal as YES else set it to NO.
Note: In case of Oklahoma few zip codes have both tribal and non-tribal areas. In order to determine if the area is Tribal or non-tribal a manual review of the address is required. For such zip codes which can have both tribal and non-tribal areas choose Is Tribal as SPLIT. - Enter the zip codes comma separated in the adjacent box.
- Then check the box if you want to allow prepaid/postpaid enrollments as well on the given zip code in addition to lifeline enrollments.
- Click Submit
Similarly, if you want to disallow the enrollment on certain zip codes, you need to follow the same process as mentioned above. But this time you need to select the Status as NO.
